Peer Leadership

At Faribault Middle School, our 8th grade Peer Group Connection (PGC) leaders are helping 6th graders successfully transition into middle school life. Under the guidance of Ms. Kotek and Mrs. Becker, these student leaders are building relationships, modeling positive behavior, and creating a supportive environment where all students can thrive. PGC students presented to the School Board and even invited Board Members to participate in one of their connection exercises—offering a firsthand look at the meaningful work happening through the PGC program.
