Making a Difference
Our PBIS and SOAR programs continue to make a powerful impact on our school community. By teaching clear expectations, recognizing positive behavior, and creating structured opportunities for students to grow, we’re seeing stronger relationships, improved engagement, and a more positive school climate. Staff and students are noticing the difference every day.

Most students at FMS are choosing to be kind, they are safe, they are on task-completing their work, they are accountable, and they show respect.
SOAR Celebrations
Families, Be sure to check out the attached slides below! This month we’re excited to share our November Students of the Month, recognize our A and B Honor Roll students, and provide updates on yearbook and school activities. It should be mentioned that 211 of our students were named to the A Honor Roll and 186 were named to the B Honor Roll.
